Most clients start with a complimentary phone consultation to talk through their space and goals. It’s a simple way to see if we’re a good fit.

In-home consultations are available at a flat rate of $75, which is applied toward your first session you choose to move forward.

Organizing sessions start at $70 per hour
(3-hour minimum for meaningful progress).

Hourly Organizing Sessions
Designed to give you enough time to make real progress without rushing.

Every hourly session includes:

  • Hands-on, in-home organizing support
  • Full-service decluttering, sorting, and setup
  • Simple, functional systems using what you already own
  • One carload of donations removed from your home


    Sessions may also include product recommendations, layout optimization, progress photos, and a simple plan to help you maintain your space long-term.

Home Reset Session

Book as a standalone reset or add to any organizing project.

2 hours/$140
A focused reset session for immediate relief and visible progress.

Feeling behind at home? This is your reset button-not a full project, just the help you need right now. In just one session, you’ll see visible progress in the areas causing the most daily stress.

This focused session targets everyday stress points before they pile up and feel overwhelming. It’s ideal after a busy season, before guests arrive, or anytime you need help getting back on track at home.

This is hands-on, practical support. It is not cleaning, and not full-scale organizing. It is the in-between support that keeps your home running smoothly.

Examples of Common Reset Focus Areas Include:

  • Kitchen Refresh (light dishes + counters)
  • Laundry Catch-Up (1–2 loads folded & sorted)
  • Paper & Mail Pile Tidy (sorting, filing, shredding, responding or discarding)
  • Closet or Pantry Mini Refresh (one small area)
  • Light pickup and rezone of key spaces (entryway, kitchen, etc.)

Every session is flexible based on what your home needs that day. You get an extra set of hands and an expert eye to help reset your space and keep things from getting out of control.

Please Note:
This session focuses on organizing and light tidying to restore function. Deep cleaning tasks such as mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming are not included, as A Functional Home is not a cleaning service.

All packages include donation support, one complimentary carload removed, and simple systems designed to work with what you already own. Additional hourly support is available if needed.
