Here is what you can expect with each in-home package when working with A Functional Home!
- Assessing needs: We start by meeting with you, in-home or virtually, to understand your goals and priorities.
- Creating plans: We work with you to develop a customized plan based on your needs, budget, and preferences.
- Organizing: We arrange and organize your space to create streamlined, functional systems that align with your needs, including labeling if desired.
- Decluttering: We will help you remove unwanted items and organize your spaces.
- Teaching skills: We will teach you new organizational techniques, skills, and strategies for maintaining your newly organized space.
- Providing support: We offer guidance, motivation, and emotional support.
- Collaborating: We may work with other professionals and arrange appointments with service providers to help you achieve your goals if needed.
- Product shopping/recommendation: We offer assistance with selecting products to enhance organization based on needs and budget (product costs are not included in package pricing).
- Donation: We offer removal of up to one car-load of donations per session.
Optional Services
- Downsizing: We will guide you through decluttering and organizing your possessions to fit your new home.
- Estate clean out services: We will help you through the difficult process of identifying valuable items, arrange for donations and removal of personal items.
- Preparing for events: We can help plan and prepare for events, then tidy up and reset spaces afterward.
- Managing projects: We can manage or coordinate services for a specific project.
- Relocation assistance: We can help you pack or unpack, schedule movers, coordinate trash removal or donation drop off, and handle other logistics.
